ArcticDesk v1.2.3 has now been released!
We are pleased to announce the release of WHMCS V3.6.2. This version includes some exciting new features including a knowledge base article suggestion tool which displays related articles to users as they enter a support ticket question, automated SSL provisioning support (initially with a module for Enom), a new credit processing option to retry failed cards weekly, the ability for admins to edit support ticket replies, an automated database backup feature supporting both email and remote ftp backups and many more features, enhancements and bug fixes.
